Are you referring to charging a penny for every outgoing email? I'd be
paying a couple bucks a day, but it would be worth it to put all the
spammers out of business. I do worry, however, about innocent people
whose computers have been recruited to send out hundreds of thousands of
spam emails, who would then get charged thousands of dollars.
